QIN typo? (Early Asian)

For the 'Elite Crossbowmen' upgrade, it says "up to half" and TUG size of "6,8".   The regular 'Missile troops - Nu' are max 12 bases.  So either:

Elite Crossbowmen should be TUG size of 6 only; or
Max amount of Crossbowmen should be 16 (like Later Warring States) or 18 (like Middle Warring States).

I suspect it's one of the latter two options?

Indeed the UG size should be just 6.  I'll add to the errata.
