A new army under way, Han Chinese using the rather spiffing Lurkio figures.

This is the Western Han list I quickly knocked up as a guide to an initial figure purchase.

You mean apart from taking all the chariots allowed in the list?

Which I included because of the 2020 proposals ...

Not a surprise in the context of that army (with a lot of other evading cavalry) and given the poor quality of the chariots.

Tells us nothing about the appeal of the proposals.

Not done any painting for about a month, so eased myself back into it with some Han light foot archers over the last couple of days. Lurkio figures again.

Lovely Nik. I've a Lurkio Chinese army. I've tended to play Eastern Han but have been looking at the Western Han of late. How do you find it plays?

And I played it last year at Roll Call IIRC.

Not used the Han yet, still an army being created.

To be honest I only knocked up the Western Han list because I was getting chariots, the figures will morph nicely for Eastern Han as well  8)
