Medieval Burgundian List #5509 House of Valois

Is it acceptable to organize the Longbow units in the above list as 8 elements each with 4 of the elements of each of those longbow units having stakes? It meets the requirements of all similar longbow units having stakes. It seems inaccurate to assume that all elements of a unit would historically carry stakes.

No, the points cost of longbows is based upon the entire UG getting stakes.
