Shoot&charge + supporting file

A supporting file can shoot at any TUG/file charging it

When being charged and shot at by a shoot&charge TUG it has no benefit from "shieldcover" but do we still downgrade the colour as shooting at a supporting file ?

Yes as it is a supporting file.
