a TUG pushes a one base deep sug forward in its move.
an enemy unit of sugs is in front of these 2 UG's.

is that enemy sug pushed backwards ?

No.  Only TuGs can push skirmishings back.

A little bit different :

Prompted move :

A cavalry unit moves and cannot move the whole way trough a foot SK line , the rear base is still in the unit . Mays the SK unit be displaced to the side ( left or right ) ?

I know it may be displaced to the rear but the rule says :

PG 65, D 1.1.2 : However TUGs may displace SUGs they are passing through to make enough room.

The question comes from the fact that no direction is indicated, contrary to outcome moves :

PG 66 1.2.2 : Sugs can be displaced in ANY direction by the minimum necessary to allow a TUG to make an outcome move.

I think because of the context (that the unit is being passed through) that the SuG must be placed to the rear.

An outcome move is different, in this case the SuG is displaced by the minimum necessary.

Page 45 - Univeral rule 7 and Page 68 9.3 G applies if you just wish to complete a move, not necessarily pass through a SUG.  In this case it can be in any direction, but must meet further restrictions.
