Effect on expendable and moves

Memory problem :

Is an expendable unit considered a TUG for movement limitations ( no closer than 2 or 4 MU and so on ...) as a regular TUG

Yes.  They are TuGs but do not count either to army size or VP losses. (p 105).

They also generate KaBs when they die, which upset a lot of the War Doctor's units last weekend as he pointed that out and the all rolled skulls!

Only if they rout, not if they are destroyed at the end of the melee phase for still being in combat.  That is an important distinction.

This was definitely a rout! Killed 2 out of 3.
