Hi Guys can some one have a look at a composite flank combat and explain who should be fighting who and how and who aligns

1.- the order of the combats is dictated by the initiative.

the player with the initiative decides what base fights what base in contact. Then it is the other players turn to choose the nrxt fight.

2.- depends what bases turn, if there are enough cards to do so all bases turn, or some, up to the player using the cards. Nothing prevents him to turn or not turn a base

situation 2 :
1.- alignment not possible (see alignment in the rules and claries)
2.- the order of the combats is dictated by the initiative, and the player decides wich base fight if there are multiple contacts

So yes order is driven by who is active. Putting that aside:

Scenario 1
In the charge the chinese foot have 2 bases touching 1 base so can choose which one fights.  So the left hand fllank charge fights a polearm in charge combat.
The MF move allows you to turn any bases with enemy in front edge contact - so with one card they can turn 2 bases to face (3 if there was room to do the right hand one but it doesn't fit and cant push friend out of the way).  Left hand will be polearm to the front and Xbw rear.  Second rank Xbow still having to cope with a flank melee.

Scenario 2
There is no alignment as you cannot do so due to fighting two enemy TuGs that are not aligned.
So yes you conjure up an interesting one where the top file of chinese is a supporting file now to the flank melee combat (i.e. where is would be as a file if it could align).
