Moving an Allied SUG with TUG

Can you move an allied SUG with any TUG - I think yes but wanted to confirm.

The main question is: can you still pull an Allied SUG if the command is hesitant?
This still seems yes as Hesitant only prevents prompted moves and the SUG is not being prompted by the command.

But it does feel a touch gamey - although I can rationalise whats happening on the battlefield as the SUG is being commanded at lower level by the relevant TUG, it just might be unlikely set-up.

Yes an allied SuG can be tugged by any TuG.

I agree that as the rules are, an allied SuG in a hesitant command could still be tugged. This probably just wasn't considered and I haven't seen it happen. Definitely has a whiff of cheese....
