We need a clarification on the detached Koursores special rule

Is this list eligible for two TuGs of Koursores

Yes as the number of kpursores depends on the number of elite and line cavalry and must be by TUGs of 4 or 6 . The limitwill be the number of bases that must be by 4 or 6 and maximum half the number of elite+ line cav

There is no minima

OK on the number of koursores, however, the upgraded line cavalry of TUG 7 should be Drilled not Formed.
