28mm Magna and 28mm Pacto

In addition to the 15mm Maximus above competition for Magna and Pacto both in 28mm are being offered.

Theme and allowed armies as per the 15mm above.

As these are new competitions for Warfare it will be important that anyone wishing to take part books as soon as they can; like any competition being offered the organisers (WAR) will need to make a call as to whether it will be viable some time in advance of the event dates in order to ensure that they book the right number of tables and aren't incurring unnecessary costs.

If you have any questions about these competitions please contact Simon Hall at simon@mortem-et-gloriam.co.uk

From the Warfare organisers, news about a freebie for all comp entrants from one of the Warfare sponsors:

Quote
Some of you may have seen the Facebook announcement on Friday regarding an additional Event Sponsor for Warfare 2023. Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/WargamesReading

I can now reveal that that is the British online videogame company Slitherine see https://www.slitherine.com/

Slitherine are offering all tournament players a voucher to be redeemed against their online product.   There is a limit to the number of vouchers, but it’s a generous one and within current sales, so I can assure you that you will definitely get the voucher should you attend.

The voucher to the value of £20 will be provided to each named player at registration and will be in the form of a card with a unique code.   This can then be used to purchase any digital game(s) (not physical copies) and will be valid for 12 months.

This is an incredibly generous offer from Slitherine and I trust you will all join me in thanking them.  Please feel free to share this information amongst your friends and colleagues especially those that are considering buying a ticket but as yet haven't got around to it - as I say there is not an infinite number of vouchers.

The Syria and Asia Minor says: Armenian; Cappadocian; Early Seleucid; Late Seleucid; Pontic; Galatian; Palmyran. Does that mean I can't use Attalid Pergamene allies?
