List Errata

 Ankor and Champa lists where updated via an errata note
Asian - South East Asia - Champa.  Increase maximum number of elephants from 8 to 12.
Asian - South East Asia - Angkor Empire.  Increase maximum number of elephants from 12 to 16.

but it doesn't appear that this made it into the new lists, is that an oversight or just a rethink?

Probably an oversight.  I will look at it again for 2023.

Anyone recall the reason they might have had an increase in numbers suggested?

Looking back we decided not to increase the numbers - so it was a rethink.
