You dont have to take any.
Or you can have a unit of 4.
Or you can have a unit of 5 legionnaires 1 of which is an unarmed Triari.

Apparently they were Insignificant LOL and if you had a unit of 6 or 8 it would break the game. Total crap of course but it's the way the rule/list writers want it.
