This came up during a game last week......
An UG with a 2 base width charged an UG that was 3 bases deep.
The charging UG contacted the side of all 3 bases of the unit being charged.
During the movement phase the 3 base deep unit made a single  MF2 move.

IS that sufficient to eliminate the Flank charge bonus on both of the elements that completed the flank charge OR
is it necessary for the 3 base deep unit to make 2seperate  MF2 moves to face both of the elements of the unit that made the flank charge?
Thanks and Enjoy

An MF2 move allows you to turn any or all bases that have enemy front edge in contact with them - there is no limit to the number of bases that can be turned, in theory it could be the number of bases in the UG.

It is not the number of enemy bases in contact that determines the number of cards.

So in your case it is not necessary to make 2 separate MF2 moves.
