Dates in the lists

Hello, i had a look at some lists and something i wish claries for with the dates  :

Later Carthaginian
you can have troops
Only before 201 BCE
others
Hannibal in Africa in 202 BCE

so all these can be combined for Hanibal in 202 BCE ?

Classical Indian
Chariots (before 320 CE)
Guard infantry (from 321
BCE)
Optionally upgrade troops as Mauryans (from 321 to 180 BCE)

so you can use chariots up to 320 CE? or is it BCE ?

ALl these can be used in a same army?

Mauryans is it all or none or can they be combined with tribal troops ?

Before 201 BCE options can be used in 202 BC.  Allows Hannibal to have elephants at Zama for example.

Indian chariots are shown in reliefs dated to the 1st and 2nd centuries CE. 

As written, a Mauryan army can have a mix of formed and tribal troops as long as the minimums are met.  This however was not the intention, it was intended to be an all or none option although a non-Mauryan internal ally could be taken.  This will be clarified in the 2021 lists.
