New lists modifications

Is there a deadline for the "new" maximus lists ?

We know some armies will change but it is always good to know when 

...what about my request for some skilled hunnic shooters in the early byzantine army ...do not shoot I'll flee

The usual date - but they may always turn up a bit earlier depending on time available. Also it won't just be the Maximus lists it'll be Magna and Pacto as well at the same time..

Twas this - 10th Dec:

Update: Simon is OK 😃

He went in for a relatively innocuous operation on his septum on Nov 30th as he has never been able to breathe properly.

Unfortunately he had a persistent bleed from an arterial burst in an artery that runs up the back of the nasal passage into the brain. As a result he had to go back into theatre to have this stemmed on Saturday Dec 5th and was kept in hospital due to blood pressure issues until yesterday.

He is very weak but safely on the mend. It will however be a couple of weeks before he will be strong enough to do anything much at all.

As a result everything will be delayed and we will all just have to wait for answers to questions and we will keep using the current lists and army builders until he ready to make changes.

His blood pressure is running high and needs to come down so please everyone take care to give him peace to rest up and and recover.  He will no doubt start posting when he is well enough.

He wishes everyone a happy purple Xmas with a hearty "I'll be back! And oxygen is coming with me so watch out!"

I spoke to Simon earlier this week.  He is weak but improving.  I am sure we all wish him the best.

Even if we don't publish the 2021 lists on January 1st as planned, I do intend to release a description of the list changes on this forum.  This will allow people to plan their armies and avoid any nasty surprises at a a later date.
