Pyrrhic & Early Carthaginian

Should Pyrrhic be added to the Early Carthaginian list of enemies and vice versa?

Source: The historical notes under the Pyrrhic list reads "He defeated the Carthaginians who were pushed back into the fortress of Lilybaeum."

Given the above it seems odd that they aren't included.
