Ahead of this weekend’s competition at Warfare a reminder of a few things.
Your team for the weekend is Cid (Laurence Donohoe), Graham Klaka and Nik Gaukroger. Cid and GK will be doing the draw, etc. so please remember to get your score sheets to them ASAP when games have finished. We have arrangements in place should circumstances means we have odd numbers, but we are currently even.
Getting There
Hopefully you will all have received an email from the organising club with show details. Just in case, here are some important bits of info for you:
The doors will open at 8.15am – the team are aiming to be there at this time.
Entry will be the West Foyer – the opposite end of the building from last year. You will be given a tournaments wristband, and you will need to retain this and will also need it on day 2; it is washable.
The West Foyer: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Eb6KB3GEq2pNhAnZA
 Getting in the Main gate – use Gate F, postcode GU14 6TQ for vehicles only. Pedestrians enter by Gate B (get your lift/taxi to drop you there).
Game Timings
Saturday: 1st game 0930-1245, 2nd game 1400-1715
Sunday: 1st game 0900-1215, 2nd game 1330-1645
Longer gaps between games to allow you to do some shopping and look at the show.
Prizes, etc. as soon as we can on Sunday after games have finished.
Cloths/Mats
Please bring a cloth or a mat to play on as these are not supplied. Better to have too many than too few, so if in doubt, bring one 😊

We look forward to seeing you there at the weekend,
Cid, GK and Nik

Lance Flint is setting up Warfare for tomorrow and he has asked me to stress that the competitors entrance is at the West Foyer {opposite end of building to last year}
