Roll Call 2025 will again be held at: Holywell Middle School, Red Lion Close, Cranfield, Milton Keynes MK43 0JA

As it appears unlikely that the proposed 28mm Magna theme will be viable the theme is being changed.

The MeG competition at Roll Call 2025 will be 15mm Maximus; 10,000 points Ottoman (ish) theme. See below for allowed armies.

Games:
All games will be played on standard 6x4 (ish) tables, and the event will be run as a 4-round Swiss-draw competition.

Saturday:
Game 1: 09:00 – 12:15
Game 2: 13:00 – 16:15

Sunday:
Game 3: 9:15 - 12:30
Game 4: 13:15 – 16:30

RULES AMENDMENT

Instead of the Shatter and Shove effects as published in the Maximus and Magna rules (bonus claims to neighbouring files), this competition will instead use the Pacto rules for these effects. These are:

Shatter - gives an immediate bonus roll with a GREEN dice.
Shove - gives an immediate bonus roll with a WHITE dice, and this counts in charge combat and melee combat.

I know this only went up on Monday, but it would be good if people looking to attend booked sooner rather than later. Because of the size of the venue the BHGS start looking at capping numbers and allocating spaces to rule sets with high demand quite early. To maximise the MeG numbers early booking helps 😊  I understand that 50% of the venue spaces have already sold.

The BHGS are under pressure to reallocate spaces from low number/not viable competitions and so if you want to play MeG at Roll Call this year you need to get your entry in ASAP.
