Can you have two contingents of fanatic brother knights - 1 for each order -  in a later crusader list?

I thought yes but my opponent thinks no. He acknowledges there can be two military order contingents but thinks brother knights can only be in one of them.

This note covers it I think.

QuoteThe maximums listed in the military order contingents apply to each contingent.

So yes, if you have 2 Military Order contingents you can have 2 TUGs of Brother Knights who can take the fanatic characteristic.

A unit of 4 Fanatic Brother knights is 1476 points (that is about as expensive as things come!).  About the same cost as 63 poor skirmishing javelin!  Assuming the javelinmen shoot on whites once, and are then run down - that would be 21 white dice with a 1 in 3 chance of wounding a knight. In theory the javelinmen should get 7 wounds...

Clearly a killer troop type!...

Still awesome. Love military order knights. It's the complete madness that is attractive
