In the Armenian Kingdom of Cilicia list the Frankish Sergeants supporting knights are all Charging Lancer.

In most of the contemporary lists the sergeants are charging lancer if they are in a  separate TuG, but not if they are supporting.

Is this an anomaly, or deliberate? 

Anomaly I fear.

Worry not Richard. With so many lists it would be a miracle if everything was totally consistent.
