There is an error on the Urartian list as none of the cavalry have the bow. Don't tell me this is deliberate as all the pictorial and textual evidence is that the Urartians possessed excellent bow and spear cavalry as the Assyrians

Suspect the list was written based on what is in AANE which says the Urartian cavalry were spear armed - also the single illustration is of a spear & shield cavalryman with no bow. The text does mention horse archers (along with Kimmerian mercenaries) as probably existing but nothing definite.

Searching I found the attached article which does suggest that evidence has moved on since AANE was published (hardly surprising) and a quick scan through does suggest that royal cavalry were bow and spear armed but that other cavalry were either bow or spear armed.

Perhaps you could suggest an alternative list? There may well be other troops in the list that more up to date information would change as well.

This is not a period I have any real expertise on.  Would welcome any new information on Urartian armies.

Perhaps the royal cavalry should have bow as well then? The other cavalry can then have mixed battlegroups of either bow or spear, similar to the Assyrians. I supoose the Kimmerians provide the bow armed cavalry which I have noticed are 'flexible' so maybe the army would work?
