Noted as an error a while back (there are posts about it somewhere) and will be amended on the final QRS.

that was what I thought the outcome had been...but failed to find evidence

I presume the final version of the QRS etc are imminent.

It's in the errata and has been since day after it came out. An error forgetting to put it back in.  Will be in the 010120 version.  But not updating errata piecemeal.  All in one go.
