Hi read several times the general rules at he beginning of the army list book but could not find any mention/restriction to it (maybe it is a miss) :

In the case the list is mentioning ANY type of general, can we have a mix of type of general?

Example
CiC competent professional
Sub general talented instinctive
Sub general competent professional
?

Yes, you can mix Professional and Instinctive commanders if the lists say Any.

Note: Professional generals cannot gift cards to an Instinctive general.  Instinctive generals have a shorter command range (8BW as opposed to 10BW).
