MPA or mounted Polearm charge claim

Charge claim for a mounted polearm is +1 vs any MOUNTED

So as chariots are not mounted but wheeled ( definition of mounted and wheeled in the introduction book and chariots are NOT mounted unless I did miss something  ) mounted PA have 0 vs chariots .

Is this correct

Should probably reinforce that in the main rules as I'd forgotten it and in some other rules, chariots are classified as "mounted".

Get rid of mounted polearm IMO.
