Internal Allies

One thing that I realized I haven't seen touched on was the proposed revision to how Internal Allies affect army construction from early this year.
(Linking the original thread here rather than necro'ing it directly: https://mortem-et-gloriam.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=3633.msg24566#msg24566)

Were these changes to internal Allies still under consideration for the 2026 revision?

Is there any chance of getting revisions put through to a few of the army lists which are worst-affected by these internal ally restrictions?

{{See the discussion on the two Communal Italian lists, 5601 and 5607, in the linked thread for a prime example; the sheer volume of spearmen required for each internal ally renders both lists virtually unplayable. If one takes the minimum number of internal allies to reach four generals, you are required to field at minimum seven TUGs of spearmen (four average and three poor quality), and you are required to field all 12 bases of communal knights, but split into three four-stand TUGs (one in each allied contingent, plus one in your core contingent).
Yes, that is 10 required unit groups.}}

This is something I had been meaning to address.

I have revised the Communal Italian lists.  See the revised draft in the army lists.

I clearly notice the change in list 5601 early communal Italian : Note: An allied contingent must contain at least two UGs and cannot contain more UGs than the leading communal contingent

List 5607 Late Communal Italians seems not modified is it intended ?

5607 has a whole extra page compared to the 2025 list and this details the allied communal contingents in the same way that they are in 5601.
