With 2026 Proposed Amendments the Army Lists will have to change for the Tournament Amendments will there be a set of army list for those who just want to play as per their printed rule book with out Amendments (probably the majority) in other word with there be two set of 2026 army lists Tournament and none Tournament?

Don't believe 2 versions would be needed. The only thing that is really list different that makes a difference is "Spear" replacing LSp for some troops (the UG size can happily apply regardless IMO). This could be dealt with by a note saying if not using the amendments use LSp instead or, maybe, have separate lines for amendment/non-amendment versions of the troop in the list.

Of course, RJC may have a different idea 

No need for two separate versions.  Anyone not using the amendments can continue to use the 2025 army lists.  A note in the 2026 lists will indicate this.
