It is often overlooked that units in cantabrian do loose a one BW move distance on all PROMPTED moves. From a discussion on another social media it was specified that after skirmishing some moves allowed to the UG that skirmished are limited to 2 MU

M2, M10

UGS in cantabrian/African would see their move limited to 2 BW minus one BW so ONR BW as it is a prompted move

What about move M12 fall back as it is a prompted move limited to 3 MU ? does it also suffer a minus one BW reduction if in cantabrian/African ?

Yes.  An M12 move in Cantabrian/African can only fall back 2 BW.
