Was fine last week, but now refuses to work properly. Generals and camps bit still work but not units
Won't give points per base and doesn't allow me to do it manually
Tells me  I have  5 TUGS even after 1 put in only 1 etc etc

This has been going on for the last few days

I have just tested the file using LibreOffice 7.3.2.2 and it works fine.
My suggestion is to re-download the file as I note that it has not been modified since 21/1/2023 so there is no reason why the file should stop working.

My guess is that you have corrupted your version of the file.
