I have 2 questions.
The line under Alaric only allows 'regrade Legiones and pseudo...' Which troop type is being regraded? Warriors? Basically, I am wondering if you regrade, do you still have to run 18 warriors?

I have a similar question about the line for Roman trained warriors. DO you also have to run 18 tribal warriors with the Roman trained warriors, or is this a replacement? My guess is that one has to run the Tribal dudes in any event, but no harm asking.

Maybe I am dense (OK, no maybe about it) but I am really perplexed about the regrade Legiones line.

You are not dense (about this list anyway!).   The word "Regrade" should be dropped.  You still have to run 18 warriors.
