I am just playing around with putting some lists together for Magna and the army builder spreadsheet is showing the cost of a Poor, unprotected, Combat shy, Experienced Javelin armed skirmisher base as 20 pts. The same base in Maximus is coming in at 17pts and the Magna list shows it should be 17pts as well. Do I have a corrupted Army builder spreadsheet or are others having the same issue?

The army builder overrides the lists if there is a difference.

In Magna (and Pacto) skirmishers cost more than in Maximus - mainly as they only need to be in 2 ranks and not 3 for full shooting effect.

Magna and Pacto skirmishers are more expensive than Maximus skirmishers because they can shoot at full effect in 2 ranks.

Which list?  The Magna and Pacto lists should be correct.   (Caveat - due to rounding errors the points in the army lists can be incorrect by 1 point - nothing I can do to avoid that.  The Army Builder is always correct).
