Something to clarify

The list has mandatory TUGS BEFORE 450 BCE

so from my reading 450 BCE not included

The following line modifies the mandatory TUGS but FROM 449 BCE till...

So what happens in 450 BCE ?

Typo. Should say from 450 BCE.  Will add to errata.
