I just want to confirm if I read it correctly.
On the russ list there is the possibility with the dismounted druzhina to replace up to 50% of the regraded spearmen of one unit.

The minimum spearmen is 32.
Max druzhina is 12.

In case I start mixing, does it mean:
A) that I need a minima of 32 spearmen and need to take the druzhina on top of it?
B) that the druzhina is replacing the spearmen and should I take 8 dismounted druzhina mixed with spearmen that my actual spearmen minimum is now 32-8=24?

Thanks in advance for the confirmation. Sinc the minima are rather high it impact the design of the army greatly.
