The Maurikian Byzantine (575 CE to 650 CE ) list says Moorish allies - Later Moorish

Later Moorish List says  Allies from this list may be taken after 696 CE.

In 2022 and 2023 versions I ignored the date conflict for friendly play but what is meant?

It means that despite the 696 CE end date for the Later Moorish list an allied contingent can be drawn from it at later dates.
