In the drop-down menu of list book names, prefix them with the list book numbers.

Or you could just get rid of this box altogether as the list checker can see from the 4-digit army list number in the next box which book it is.

Another suggestion:

Change the cell containing

QuoteRULES FOR GENERALS: legendary = army commander only (except Achilles); max of 2 talented or better in an armyRULES FOR GENERALS: legendary = army commander only (except Achilles); max of 2 talented or better in an armyRULES FOR GENERALS: legendary = army commander only (except Achilles); max of 2 talented or better in an armyRULES FOR GENERALS: legendary = army commander only (except Achilles); max of 2 talented or better in an armyRULES FOR GENERALS: legendary = army commander only (except Achilles); max of 2 talented or better in an army

so it only contains it once:

QuoteRULES FOR GENERALS: legendary = army commander only (except Achilles); max of 2 talented or better in an army

Updated the army builder.

The Rules for Generals cell is a bizarre one.  This is a bug in the way the XLSX file is saved as an ODS.  I have corrected it by manually changing the cell contents after I saved the ODS.

The list set now automatically gets updated from the army number using the first two characters of the army number.

So every adaptation, every change is directly modified in the "mother" file that can be found following the link . OK

Yet another suggestion:

The points scored section at the bottom of the print format sheet gave me cognitive dissonance as it could be misinterpreted. A win could be 17: 15 for a triumph (break the opponent's army) +2 for not breaking. Also is it +2 if you avoid [own army break or a mutual break] - because a mutual break is, on the face of it, not "survival" ; or +2 if [you avoid own army break] or [mutual break] ?

I suggest changing to :

first column:
TRIUMPH (only opponent's army broken)  = 15 VP
MUTUAL BREAK (both armies broken)       =  12 VP

2nd column:
DRAW (neither army broken) = 2 VP + damage done
LOSS (Only your own army broken) = damage done

3rd column:
DAMAGE DONE (max 10 VP)
Per enemy TuG Destroyed      2 VP
Per enemy SuG destroyed      1 VP
