Hi all,

Been looking into MeG and I'm really interested in trying this out. I'm excited to start a late-imperial roman army. I'm about to hit the button on the compendium box set but I'm wondering if need a set of extra dice? I'll be playing at Magna and above sizes so are the extra dice going to make much difference or will I be OK with that I get in the box?

One set is enough, although most people do seem to have accumulated multiple sets

It seems like I never come away from competitions with the same number of everything as I came with. Sometimes I've lost or gained a dice, more often it's a marker or two ... so it does help to have spares of everything

Many of the first dice just have the "printed" rsults fading away so new dice are sometimes needed

If you plan on playing this game a long way down the road, say 10 years, you might want some backups in case PSC stops producing them.
