Something i do not understand as i could not find Elmti in the army list:

An army cannot have more mounted crossbowmen and arquebusiers than Elmeti

"Elmeti comprising 1/2 condottieri and 1/2 coustilliers" is the heading above the Condottieri and coustilliers  8)
