Hello

Special rules state that i Can add nolt shooters to Legionares base in Early Imperial Roman list.
Can I add two bolt shotters to single TUG of legionares?

No, the special rule says you add the Lt Art shooting capability to one base of a legionary unit.
"The Roman Empire was not murdered and nor did it die a natural death; it accidentally committed suicide."

"Instead of being deployed separately, bolt shooterS may be attached to a unit of legionaries.

There is "plural bolt shooterS" at the beginning and singulars unit of legionaries later.

So 1 bolt shooter converts one base of legionaries but 2 should convert 2 bases.

Just a bit.

Bolt shooters is plural because you aren't limited to attaching just a single bolt shooter in the army, however, you are limited to applying it to one base per legionary unit - just you can do it to multiple units. Reading the whole rule and not just a part of it and all that.

Also as "bolt shooters" is the label for the troops I'd be careful not to over-interpret that - each base does not (in all probability) represent a single bold shooter but a multiplicity and so adding a bases worth of shooting ability is adding multiple bold shooters in real life.

Just adding one further question in respect of the legionary added bolt shooter option which is what happens when the TUG charges/countercharges/intercepts an enemy? Is a Charge treated the same as a Move, so the bolt shooters are abandoned when charge distance exceeds Bwg movement speed or is it based on Bwg permitted charge distance (zero)?

It is hard to imagine legionaries taking artillery along in a charge at all so should the artillery be abandoned as soon as a charge is declared?
