Today I'm going to try out a flank march and I'd just like to clear up a couple of doubts:

1) Are the units to be used in the march kept off the table during the deployment phase? (I understand the rule to read that only the general is deployed with his relevant card)

2) Can a SUG be brought onto the table using a "TUG a SUG" move

Any troops flank marching are indeed kept off table. The flank marching general isn't "deployed" per se, he is just placed next to the camp as reminder until he arrives and then deploys onto table in the same way as his command.

SUGs can be tugged as movement onto table in my normal moves.
