You can get a train to/from the hotel
   
Walk 0.7 mi (15 minutes) to Enfield Lock train station and take the  greater anglia train towards London Liverpool Street. Get off at Ponders End train station and walk 0.9 mi (18 minutes) to Lee Valley Athletics Centre, 61 Meridian Way, London N9 0AR.

Rinse and repeat.

I doubt the BHGS site would have that info as the LGT event is not organised by them.

For info registering for Premier Inn from EU seems difficult due to a technical problem I had to call them to make all arrangments

Sorry guys but 3 games each of 3.5 hours and a 10:00 pm scheduled finish time on the Saturday is too hard core for us wrinklies so hoping to get a refund and maybe see you at a more sociable event where you can get into the pub about 7:00 pm.
