Expanding your tug does it force enemy sugs out of the way

Say I am facing off against a another tug but have a sug on my flank, can I expand my files (as in to get an overlap on the tug files) through the skirmish sug and push it away,

One caveat is that to expand you can't be in frontal combat - specifically all the prompted M moves are not allowed if you are in frontal combat. Assuming that you aren't in combat... expanding is a prompted move, and you push back SuGs on prompted moves (if it isn't in terrain, it's not a 2nd move, etc...) so, yes, you can push it away.

You can use MF1 prompted move to expand and create a supporting file when in frontal combat.

And in that case, if the SuG is actually in contact with your UG, can you just push the SuG off to the side - still in contact with your UG? That may have been the OP's question.

Sorry I'm not good at explaining, two Tugs are in combat, Sug is wedged on flank between edge of board shooting at my back rank of file.
I brought up another TUG to block its exit and then played cards to expand on my left side hoping that I could force it to move away.
If it had to move away it either has to go off the board to its left or infiltrate back through its own TUG as there isn't enough room to get past its own TUG that was in combat.
If the Sug "evades"? I have no idea if it disappears or causes damage as it excapes

The SUG can choose to be pushed back or run away.  My view of your diagram suggests that if it chose to be pushed back it would be pushed off the table and would be lost.  If it chooses to run away it has the usual options so it could choose to run away to its own rear.

If the gap between  the edge of the board and allied tug is less than two files width does that cause a KaB test?

The only reason for taking a KAB test as far as I am aware is if it chooses to be pushed back and has to exceed its normal move.  So no.
