In the rules regarding 'shildwall' it states that "It CANNOT be claimed by TUG's that have done a charge.....

It may be somantics, but;

1) Does this  ONLY occur in the charge PHASE, in that 'shieldwall' can be reclaimed in the melee phase.
2) If the TUG remains in combat until the following melee turn, does it regain its shild wall as it has not "done a charge"
3) If the TUG destroys its opponant  in the melee phase, at what point does it regain its shildwall

Good spot.  The intent was 1 if it has charged itself.  So can only claim if standing to receive.
