Should the River be treated as Difficult, and the Streams be Rough (the reverse of above)?

And maybe defending a Stream bank could count as an Obstacle in Charge Combat only?

And we are missing the "-" before the 1BW in the Streams effects.

So, for example, Thematic Byzantine Tagmata Cavalry, who are Charging Lancer with Charge Only Bow (w/Shoot & Charge):

• Would not be able to Skirmish or Run Away because of being Charging Lancer.
• Cannot Shoot & Charge in a Counter Charge (because this is specifically detailed so in the Characteristic)

Since they are CL, they get a Forced Charge at 3BW, just within bow Shoot & Charge range, so don't need to be prompted.

But if they don't charge or can't charge, can Charge Only stand and shoot at incoming chargers?
