Stream & River Terrain Effects

Doing a deep dive on the Terrain Table and noted the change between the original and 2019:



Should the River be treated as Difficult, and the Streams be Rough (the reverse of above)?

And maybe defending a Stream bank could count as an Obstacle in Charge Combat only?

And we are missing the "-" before the 1BW in the Streams effects.

Luckily scenarios only but yes it should be the other way around.
And yes an additional -1BW

I will issue a correction for those fighting scenarios with rivers and streams.
Not an area one looks at much.  All readers missed it.
