1 = I think we should stick to the defined terms "Prompt through Fire" being one.  May want to change the terms as RoB suggests above though.

If you're on about Shoot & Charge you shoot immediately you declare the charge from the actual range you are at.

And to follow up your later comment, yes, if you are at over 1 BW you can choose the file you shoot at.

I think I would other keep the current term but define it more widely.

As an aside  . the CURRENT glossary entry - and has been for a long time is ...

Prompting through Fire   Spending of cards to recover movement speed lost from enemy shooting or KaB tests.  Applies for chargers, charge responses or movement as long as a general is within 4BW.

You can see its old as haven't changed it to 2BW but covers all the rest .... so was published 1/1/2018 ... just sayin'
