WotR lists - dismounting knights

In the various WotR period armies the list notes say "Knights dismount as Formed Close, Average, Fully Armoured, 2-Handed Cut & Crush."

Is that how the Royal Household Knights are classed as well if they dismount? Or should they have a separate dismounted classification as they are Superior?

Many superior knights dismount average , all French knights do so .

Cool. As expected but had cropped up in a conversation so wanted to check 

I suspect there is an argument that English knights should have a Melee Expert option when dismounted even if they started mounted, but that's a different discussion for any future revisions and has points value implications

Are there others (besides me) who see WoTR and read it as War of the Ring and think Gondor and  Rohirrim instead of War of the Roses? I blame it on my misspent youth.
