Posting to Tournament section

To enable the order by date for the yearly calendar can we please still the this format. The order on the board can be specified, and defaults to 'last post', but you can change to 'subject' by just clicking the arrow. So I've prefixed the Subject with

RRRR-MM-DD

, if you stick with that format going forward then you can order by dat. Its an alphanumeric sort so you have to put it in that order padded with 0's where neccesary
