Shove and close order

Close order , two rank deep can shove loose order infantry

Now what about a first rank close order but the second rank is loose . Can it shove à loose infantry or should both ranks be close infantry

As they are not the 2+ deep ranks of Close formation infantry required to get Shove in this case, they don't get Shove.
