Greece and Macedon List 2026:0.2

There was an error in the Hellenistic Greek list (still referring to Long Spear) which I have corrected.

I have taken the opportunity to restrict the numbers of pike in the Later Macedonian, Hellenistic Greek and Hellenistic Spartan lists so that they are not disproportionate to the historical armies fielded.
