Magna deployment zones and terrain movement

A question came up at the club recently. I think I know the answer but wanted to check:-

In Magna the terrain and table sizes are reduced compared to Maximus. Are other sizes reduced? Specifically the 5BW flank sector that only SUGs can deploy in and also the 6BW for moving terrain your opponent has placed?

Yes to both, i.e. terrain sizes and shifting distances.  14.A.1 in the PDF edition.  (Terrain sizes includes shifting distance).

Further clarification:  The flank sectors remain at 5 BW for deployment of skirmishers.  The 2BW gap between terrain features when initially placed should stay unchanged.

Maybe worth an eratta/interp because it only mentions the flank sector in the context of terrain and not the 5BW for deployment of skirmishers only.

PS So it goes down to can move terrain 4BW and "deploy skirmishers only" in the 3.5 BW of the flank (so essentially one SUG wide)
