Change: "When a general is attached to an UG, measure distances from the file that the general is attacked to, not the model."

The purpose of this change is to simplify the rules regarding the location of generals (2:B.11 page 31).  Due to the movement of a friendly or enemy UG, a general may be moved to the front or rear of a file. This can have the effect of placing an UG either within or out of command range.

The intention of the rule is that regardless of where the model is placed, the general remains attached to the file. By measuring the distance from the file to the UG, the command range can be determined.

Additional notes:
If the general's model is displaced, move the model to the other end of the file if possible. If this is not possible, the model may be moved to the nearest available file. Alternatively, or If the model cannot be placed with any file, note which file the general is with and remove the model.

If the UG turns 90 degrees, the general may relocate to any file in the UG. If the UG contracts and the file disappears, the general may relocate to any file in the UG.

When moving a general to join a particular file, the general must be able to reach and align with the file within their normal movement distance. When leaving an UG, the general can choose to measure their move from either the front or rear of the file.
